I loved the work environment and the people you work with. There is work to be done but they wont pressurize you or give hectic deadlines. Simple employee friendly company.

Salary should be revised and some monetary benefits should be introduced.

The flexibility of the organization, when it comes to having certain work-life balance scenarios. You can take a bit of break here and there to manage your personal responsibilities along with work.

The promotions and hikes are far and between. You may get stuck on a particular job role and pay grade for years.

Weekend working benefits and free transport for 6-6 login or logout. Midnight snacks for night shift employees

Dislikes

... headcount. no transport for day shift employees. No free insurance for parents. We have to pay premium if we need it.
