Lupin is good company to work with,I am with Lupin since 10 years.The company is open to innovations.The culture is very rich.Higher management is also supportive.

Growth is slow and also in terms of compensation which is not that much remarkable.The facilities related to employees is average.

Company gives every opportunity for learning and career growth. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
