I have worked in 3 process in 5 years. My current process which is USO2C process where Manager's politics are worst and few of the employees in this process are getting mentally torture, listen hard and abusive words from manager, never get appreciation and manager and it's head of the department takes away credits of their below colleagues.

Lupin is good company to work with,I am with Lupin since 10 years.The company is open to innovations.The culture is very rich.Higher management is also supportive.

Growth is slow and also in terms of compensation which is not that much remarkable.The facilities related to employees is average.

...gement is transparant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
