There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a band of two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

1) I personally didn't like the way Upper management behaves 2) It's good to emphasize on learning but it shouldn't be like be a herd mentality. Just because you are paying us, that doesn't mean you can push people to take up FIs even when not mandatory and also do tones of mandatory courses, while at same time working for the client project. This is too dynamic situation, varying from person to person so have a hard rule doesn't work. They, of all, should know this. 3) No matter how streamlined any organisation is, you always have to be sugar sweet unnecessarily.
