Work culture is very poor, no guidance about our task,work only on in pressure. Not clear about executive's salary.Always gives half salary to them at month end.Very poor culture.

...l control of Bharti Airtel. Here is no communication between V5 and employees. V5 :- We are getting salary on the behalf of Airtel. Airtel company culture is good.

...omote performers to higher roles rather than picking people from competitors. Also decent annual appraisals and excellent variable pay (quarterly ) must be mentioned. Work life balance you can never expect at telecom company ( lol) Still employees are personally taken care internally .

Frequent con calls ., micro management ., Frequent market visits by management and unpleasant reviews were somethings that I hated there but these are in evitable . Heard from my ex colleagues that these are corrected nowadays ..

Even apart from the compensation, the organization takes care of you in multiple small ways from all telecom/broadband/dth benefits, to health care, stays tokens of appreciation. So do not forego this whie comparing with packages with other orgs. Large organization with well defined organization structure and policies, great exposure and a brand known to all

Too much friction between teams as the leadership keeps conflicting.

Bharti is a good company to work with...it offers good areas to work into...it is like an ocean where one can dive into for excellence.......team in bharti is also good.... people are very supportive.....

...i didnt like was the work and life balance.... it has poor work life balance....and pay according to dat is not at par
