-salary on time -decent yearly hike(10-20 %) compared to companies like tcs and Infosys -flexible timings - some manager forced you to work on weekends when there is lot of work and there is always lot of work here. - short onsite but mostly in Africa

Dislikes

-tight deadlines -no proper planning of work and then put pressure on employees to finish the work - no work life balance - your manager is everything - unstable product as they are changing it alot frequently.

... 2. Work Culture. 3. Team Support- The team and Manager are very supportive. 4. Salary Structure- They always try to match your salary with the market standard.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I don't like in Epicor, but I would mention one small point which they can start looking into is - Certification. They should start Paying their employee's Certification Fees.

Not recommended to freshers ...best for those who want to retire in IT with not expecting career growth / hike..
