So do not forego this whie comparing with packages with other orgs. Large organization with well defined organization structure and policies, great exposure and a brand known to all

...omote performers to higher roles rather than picking people from competitors. Also decent annual appraisals and excellent variable pay (quarterly ) must be mentioned. Work life balance you can never expect at telecom company ( lol) Still employees are personally taken care internally .
