...ry good work atmosphere for ladies. Working at Genpact has a good job guarantee. We receive salary on time and also bonus as per company terms and conditions.

Wash area is dirty though the house keeping staff cleans. We require the instructions and how to keep clean stickers inside the wash rooms.

Good for Fresher to start from here but the salary or pay is way to less according to the night shifts.

The Culture of company is political the promotions and hierarchy is way to basis. The appraisal are not satisfactory.

You can have the flexibility in the work culture but it depends on your department management how they effectively manage the things.

Transport policy of the cab is only 1 side for thr morning shift employees that is also without ACs in summers along with the deduction in your salary. Salary/benefits/promotion are not good Here.

I like the culture of genpect which is very friendly.

Dislikes

Genpact is a great company but only problem was the way they hire a person. The salary was not given as per my knowledge. It was decided based on last drawn salary.
