Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary. But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.

Dislikes

1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue. 2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility. 3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing. 4. Little too much of micro-management

It very important to select the company like LTIMindtree that helped in bringing Work Ethics, Values and Collaborative spirit. I like the most in opportunity to learn new things from the Learning portal and finding interest in working and contributing to delivering the excellence. I like about the supportive environment and benefits on work life.

I strongly dislike about inadequate compensation.

Good company to work for an initial start of a career. Company is focussed and working with all the latest tech around the world.

Promotions and salary increase is very slow and at times it is very low.

Structural setup , overall well being of employees, internal company portals for learning, onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary increments/ appraisals, employee rewards like RSU, management lacks leadership.
