Its an excellent experience working at Lupin. Provides good culture to develop skills. Joined as Medical representative and got time to time promotion as a result to day working as Sales manager North.

Compensation is decent, but work pressure is very high. Sometime undeserved people get elevated which is a pain.

I am happy ,because I am working in Micro labs. Training & learning both are good. salary also in time. Overall are good for my side.

All things are food. But increments are not in proper time.

...nagement is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
