Salary getting on time, and team is familiar, mediclaim facility is good as well as overall benifit is average

Management thinking only for their profit not for employees and as per working pressure salary is very much low. Promotion and increament is bad

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

.... Everywhere there is a work pressure , you can see same thing on this also , Salary is on time at last day of months which is very nice i thing. I think ecom must add Over Time money , because nearly one month i did daily duty of 12hour during my resignation period but there is not any support found not any OT received in my salary which is bad i think. Otherwise everything thing is fine.

...e shipment how can you deliver that , uper management should understand this. 2. Salary is very low in every designation compared to other courrier company. 3. There is no money for overtime work & also no money for work on week off. 4. No National Holiday (15 th August , Holi , 26th Jan) is given to lower staff like Supervisor , Field staff ... Which is bad i think ... I think ecom express must think for this or must give extra money for these day .
