Work culture is good but no increment since i have join this company. All aspects r good but in market respects salary increment is nothing. Need some good packages for employee.

Work pressure and culture is not good. People are very aggressive and HR don't pick call. U cannot change project

Only have few projects. Salary band is moderate in comparison of other organisations.

They will not deduct any salary for any cost until its our mistake. Open to talk with managers even for silly issue, internet is open to use.

Dislikes

Mainly Work life balance and u will have only 4 offs in month. If u take leave for emergency then it will be reduced in week offs. There is no assiged work, so senior domination is more.
