Employee easy to understand it's policy and easily contact with senior for any query. Employee share own view and organisations good give various opportunity to express them.

Dislikes

If employee stable in organisation for long time then bank increment it's salary negligible. It's not pay accordance it's potential and increment provide by hr after put the resignation in system. This is the most negative factors in bank

Some leaders are excellent. Career growth for those who loves challenges. Compensation is fine across industry.
