It was good working in ACCENTURE for 5 years ....which provides good salary along with work pressure.

Work life balance is not there...more Work pressure....

Accenture is one of the best organization. They gives very good salary appraisal .

I don’t like the shift timing, like night shifts. They have most of the night shift process.

I joined for Accenture though consultancy, and they used don't give me more more salary and leaves. only good thing is client is google so some advantages are there like cab food etc.

dont join though consultency they eat all you CTC and try to give you very less amount.

... work overtime apart from close days without pay and it varies based on project. In short, you will have comparatively good salary package and other benefits, but you have to put up with these things.

I love how professional the team members and management works here. may be I am in one of such project.

We get very less variable pay based on many factors.
