During lockdown they are providing everything what we need to work with complete job security. The management supporting at every stage overall I am happy working with episource. they provided flexible timings the best thing about Episource.

I think there will be politics in salary and appraisal in every company likewise in our company too. In episource also same and it is too bad in providing good hike and promotions to those who work hard. We cannot get higher positions even if we work day and night for the company. But the only satisfaction is we will get good incentives for what we work

The company is open to innovation. Colleagues very much familiar, that credit goes to the management for created such a comfortable environment.

Compensation is low, and work pressure high sometimes. I do receive 100% accuracy from client audits, but they unnoticed during my appraisal.
