Politics on team movement, salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 1 year, we need to provide 10k while joining and we cannot resign within a year then we don't get our 10k and retention bonus, one request is kindly provide work from home jobs

They are wholely discriminating other non tamilian people and some uncultured behaviour in work premises by the employees of course this may be depends on the consented individuals but definitely that is not appropriate in work environment. Team leaders and users and even managers are pleased to talk non sense with each other it surely involves such kind of romantic ideas they discuss publicly.

Salary for freshers is decent but there's no salary hike. No proper cafeteria management, no work incentives and work from home was a terrible experience and there was no team outing or fun activities.
