Seniors are blindly believing immediate supervisor feedback. My Manager name Jagannadha Purama was in bad books but still Seniors believed him due to that I have lost carrier. So many complaints against him but no one is taking action because he is senior most employee

1. Salary is offerred based on job role, not on previous drawn salary. 2. Ample leaves. 3. Better work life balance than country practice. 4. Good increment Y-O-Y. 5. Even being GDS unit you get to learn & grow your sector knowledge, not a typical copy paste work.

Dislikes

1. Few locations are given more preference than others. 2. Promotion / YE rating process lacks transparency. 3. People with same rating at same level have different hike %, for which reasons are not specified.

1. Brand-name of Bank & its Group and a promising Indian bank to breach into top 10 ranks of banks globally by M-cap 2. Job-security 3. Best Learning & Skill-development among it's peer banks. Most employees joining MNC banks or top positions in other banks most likely have worked before at ICICI Bank/Group cos 4. Adaptation & willingness to invest in latest software-tools/Systems, Analytical tools, Digital-platforms etc 5. Approachable management & supervisors. Team building activities & outings make the junior as well as mid-management comfortable with each other 6. Openness to Internal transfer movements for employees who want to explore or learn newer domains based on their interests 7. Opportunities for employees working in International banking units to relocate abroad for 3-5 years 8. Concessional interest on loans based on various management grade

Pay-scale can be still improved compared to MNC banks, given that working hours can exceed at ICICI bank based on some working saturdays. If ICICI Bank reviews, request to please re-consider exited employees to re-join esp; when employee left for higher pay to meet some financial obligations.
