Seniors are blindly believing immediate supervisor feedback. My Manager name Jagannadha Purama was in bad books but still Seniors believed him due to that I have lost carrier. So many complaints against him but no one is taking action because he is senior most employee

1. Salary is offerred based on job role, not on previous drawn salary. 2. Ample leaves. 3. Better work life balance than country practice. 4. Good increment Y-O-Y. 5. Even being GDS unit you get to learn & grow your sector knowledge, not a typical copy paste work.

Dislikes

1. Few locations are given more preference than others. 2. Promotion / YE rating process lacks transparency. 3. People with same rating at same level have different hike %, for which reasons are not specified.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
