The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

...ime extended working hours .....Which somewhere it disturbs work life balance... Salary hike is average and bonus depends on work

I am working from past 4 yrs felt secured during covid, we got full salary and regular hikes in pandemic. we get good guidance and support from seniors. love working for Hinduja Leyland finance.
