Long working hours, no personal life as carrying work at home is a common part of the job. Lot of pressure of performance otherwise you'll not get appraisal. No tea or breakfast or free lunch to the staff though they are working for long 8 hours.

Likes

It is a good school to learn creative teaching and learning different methodologies. Students will be encouraged and emphasised to learn all the skills on their own through guidance and motivativation. Good atmosphere for teachers and even non staffs. Teachers will be treated and cared very well.

...ence to be a part of SSDPS. Free environment and management are very supportive. Salary are based on your designation and hard work.

No teacher training, sometime salary is not satisfying but it totally depend on your calaberity.

I strongly recommend teachers to join this organisation if you want to learn more and grow in your career but Coming to the work load I would say if you are able to handle multiple task at a time you are fit to be in this organisation . Regarding COVID-19 lockdown support I can say I wasn't expecting this from Vibgyor though trying to give the best to students we teachers are left .

Dislikes

The workload and the salary during this COVID-19.The workload is more considering we are at home so should be available anytime and not paying the full salary . Hike in salary is far away to talk about .

I am good with my teammates, there are no training for me , work experience is my training , every day learning new things, self motivation is my power. It is my job security, work environment is normal, my work life balance is good. Looking Hostal facilities, cafeteria service management also.

Dislikes

There is very slow career growth, no appraisal, salary increase according to policy of company. Still I am on contact baises.
