I strongly recommend teachers to join this organisation if you want to learn more and grow in your career but Coming to the work load I would say if you are able to handle multiple task at a time you are fit to be in this organisation . Regarding COVID-19 lockdown support I can say I wasn't expecting this from Vibgyor though trying to give the best to students we teachers are left .

Dislikes

The workload and the salary during this COVID-19.The workload is more considering we are at home so should be available anytime and not paying the full salary . Hike in salary is far away to talk about .

The school has been very supportive, in fee crisis also it has extended support by giving 40% of the salary and have done justice to the teachers by not enforcing them to come to school. The school teachers are giving online classes to the students and enabling them to cope up with their studies. The school has also given an exposure to the teachers and students for falicitating better learning and skill development through organising numerous webinars and online training sessions. It allows space for innovation and growth.

Nothing as such only that online and offline working on the computer is now more

They don't provide training to new joinee and till now school is new so not organised well it is under process

...er Principal and vice Principal can work.COVID time so much partiality they did. So many are on leave without pay. We are unable to live . We are taking money from families and friends to buy food items, we are unable to house rent. Only some teachers are getting benefit,for others nothing
