Synechron is a good paymaster in service industry but big package might come with job insecurity when you have been released from the client side.

The company is open for innovation and readily adopts latest technologies,I had loved the fact that I was part of that company who has global client base ,best services,satisfying customer support.Another plus point was my colleagues were from different cultural background but we worked together happily in collaboration.I would love to work with Synechron if I get chance.

Compensation was decent but growth was bit slow.I left that company because I was wishing to work on some different technologies but I didn't get chance

Good pay and offer at time of joining. All fixed payment.

Poor higher management Once you get on bench, very less chance of getting project as unrealistic client expectation.

...rk location, they are reaching you out in hometown/where ever you are located. No salary cuts, layoffs.

Dislikes

They are mostly depending on few clients and those contract are valid for 2 years per employee, post that you need to look outside. They are less possibilities to continue in Synechron. Very rare on-site opportunities.
