Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

Depending upon what team you get placed in initially, the rest of your time here is destined. If you get a shit team with a lot of blame game, you’re done for.

Work life balance, no check on senior management's behaviour . Unrealistic expectations . Work is life.

Salary is decent but given the amount of work we put in, probably not enough.

Dislikes

Managing wlb is very difficult. It keeps getting worse as you go up the ladder. Promotions can be tricky, more biased towards tenure than performance.
