Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

...h great number of clients and teams. Travel and exit opportunities are great. Compensation is good when compared to healthcare consulting.

...ve so good work life balance while some have so, one needs to be very selective. Compensation is good but now perks are not so great as compared to earlier like traveling opportunities, cab facility, meal coupons etc

Depending upon what team you get placed in initially, the rest of your time here is destined. If you get a shit team with a lot of blame game, you’re done for.
