I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

...been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work

There are lots of opportunities to work on challenging projects which helps us contribute and learn. One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale
