There are lots of opportunities to work on challenging projects which helps us contribute and learn. ...ment at Tietoevry there are always few areas of improvement in any organization. One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

-Fixed Salary -Good health insurance -Good client base -For tech enthusiasts it's a great place as there are lot of learning platforms and so many hackathons and code events

Dislikes

-Short term projects -Annual appraisals are not aligned with employee performance -Once we come out from project, again we have to prepare and give interviews to get another project and client interviews are not that easy to crack -For experienced people like 8+ there will be hell lot of expectations and we have to contribute to Epam as well Client with this we lose work life balance. So for experienced people its a challenging company where you have to be very compete and proactive to survive

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive

Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion is very slow

As a fresher you will get good oppurtunity to work on it & they will groom you a lot

Dislikes

...s to work on Saturdays later they habituated & demanded a lot work in Saturdays. We struggled a lot & worked for the project but didn't got good variable pay & hike.
