...Then no matter how hard you work, you will never get the credit or appreciation. So your salary wouldn't be reviewed while their relatives may get hikes every year. They may develop personally relationships based on several things and then those individuals may be rewarded. But you will never. So never get into Oracle India unless the hiring manager is an acquaintance already or be ready to tolerate the bias quietly. They may implicate you or worse if you somehow figure out the dynamics. So if you are there, keep quite and look for another job.

Please know that the immediate managers hire their acquaintances. So you may never get any appreciation despite working harder than others.

It has great clients. Gives comparative less CTC. One can get a chance to directly absorb at client end. Good people. Loved my tenure here.
