I had an experience of 7-8 years which was excellent. Lucky I changed the job just because of the slow increase in salary.

Despite being such a big company, there is no uniform. Not only the performance at the time of increment, but the face which is the favorite of the manager every year tats buddy's highest increment.The company should think about the people below.

Here in techno concepts teammates are very good. We have get most of the safety trainings. Work environment is so familiar and carrier growth is good.

Compensation is low. Sometimes we have to work for more than 12 hours if there is any emergency.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bound every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
