What I like best about my job is that primary responsibility involves interacting with employees on all different level of the organisation and across all functional areas.I also appreciate because I got the chance to work as a expat and travel abroad especially to Brazil. Another plus point is that got the opportunity to work with another colleagues who have a different cultural background and different language.

There is no job training in different work location, have a average salary if compare with market.

New innovative solutions offered by management from Shop floor level employees. Management has provide good basement for new technology implementations. Job security is good. Management developed good policies.

...t good for below executive level. Allotted increment percentage is very less. Paid leave with drawings payed only basics salary. Earlier paid full amount.

No salary cuts during lockdown!!! But positive cases are not taken seriously

Good place for someone who wants to learn manpower management!!! If u r technical strong avoid this one.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
