... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Someone who start as a fresher here is paid less, compared to the one's who come from outside.

I joined for Accenture though consultancy, and they used don't give me more more salary and leaves. only good thing is client is google so some advantages are there like cab food etc.

dont join though consultency they eat all you CTC and try to give you very less amount.

Variable pay: they pay like peanut and last 2 year no hike in entire organisation
