Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

If you swith to Cognizant, they will provide good salary compared to other service based company. They also push their associate for skill development with regular certification drive.

The appraisal system dropped drastically in couple of years. Very minimum salary hike with high ratings.

I m thankful to Aegis as it was my 1st company and I have learned a lot from there . I love the fact that I was a part of team. Another thing is that my colleagues came from various culture backgrounds but we worked happily in collaboration. I also liked employee re- hire policy there.

Dislikes

Management was very poor ,compensation is decent but growth was slow .the work pressure was very high Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time I do receive appreciation mails from our client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

Baxter is good to work. Work culture is good, but it mostly depends on the manager. Flexible work timings. Friendly co-workers. Provides opportunity to learn new technologies while on job.

Dislikes

...fixed component and not sure if company will give full or just 40-50% of that. Indian part of Baxter is called GDCi and they always think of cost cutting. But Baxter RnD is much better.
