So once you are at odds with your reporting manager they will make your life hell or if you are in their good books everything will be ignored 5. Very bad or average YoY hikes depending on company performance, importance of your LOB in overall scheme of things and how much your manager likes you

Wholesome it's a good organization with good ethics in work culture and pay structure , we have strong job security and nice work life balance.

New management is worse and not taking correct measurements in building up the employee confidence on work.

Sometimes higher level managers turn self centered. They are not leaders really. They take other people's work and project as theirs. It truly very bad for employees who work day and night to meet the deadlines and innovate.
