Very less compensation, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have to work more than 15 hours straight in a day.

Learning and oppertunities to learn new technoligies will be high. Can also take new roles, how ever it does not depend on your grade, you can take higher roles without being in higher gradr

...ffice culture, valid considerations are also not available. Hikes are very poor. No 100% Variable Pay.
