Work life balance is next to zero unless you have serious boundaries and/or don't care about what your manager thinks. Promotions are like anywhere else - tough. But they have way more variations in reasons to not promote you, basically nothing is enough. Self learning is the only way to learn and expand your knowledge because once you get in a role it's unlikely that you'd be learning much of anything else except what's required in YOUR process

Working at KPMG ICoE was great experience. It's a company within KPMG. Great experience to kick start career in corporate.

Pay is not as per the standards. Even other departments in KPMG give better

Only in peak months we need to work more than 9hrs we need to be flexible other than this everything is awesome.

Very supportive senior manager. Leave will be granted without asking reasons. Good pay.

Corporate politics No worklife balance Seniors doesn't appreciate your work. If you are work is good , they get jealous. Work will be loaded on staff. Have to work on weekends too. No holidays on festivals during busy season.
