Heard about work culture great before joining but it is possible only if we get a good manager. If our manager is biased then no scope for our growth. Office politics

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is deci but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 4 year before which you cannot reding .on the job training is not given any to new joinees.
