It's been a year in the organization. I can firmly say that the leaders are very supportive & they allow you to learn & also help in learning new skills & they are always encouraging. Whatever mistakes I have done they have always come forward to help me out of any escalations.

Dislikes

The compensation that we receive could be improved.

Good company WLB is good, but salary hike is not satisfied but can be compensated with the work no pressure, good work environment

It's a good company to learn and gain insights. But they won't let your salary grow and you have to keep hustling more even in the same pay. Not so large presence else where to let you join in a different location

Dislikes

No hike even after working double than what you could. You'd realize the hikes are quite late and hold no value

It's more like goverment job. Secure and slow growth.

No out of way appraisal and very limited pay hikes.
