Lack of promotions. No compensation benefits. Company believes in use and throw of the employees.

For fresher's, it's a very good start off for them with a very decent/good Pay scale. Work culture is good with hectic schedule sometimes as per the work load. Honestly I've personally learnt a lot and it's a personal grooming for me I would say. So overall it's a wonderful experience. Fresher's can give it a try for sure at least for a good start off,

I couldn't even see the difference in my salary after apraisal.. Even after being a start performer... N work life balance!!! Only work balance is there... That's all

The team and managers are very supportive and log in and log off timings are strict, we don't extend post our log off timings

Dislikes

The hikes given are less where in it will not make much difference in base pay, the people working in HR domain have much benefits like bonuses and also the variable pay given is very minimal.
