...gement is transparet. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.c company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bound ever year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I liked the work culture, freedom of speech and work, good compensation, and knowledgeable seniors.

I disliked the extended work duration O&M phase which was on regular basis.

Ultratech provide very good job security as it has business in all over the world.

Dislikes

Work life balance lack then no pay for second and third shift doing employees. But it is mandatory to work in shifts without extra payout
