There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years but still not see any type of hike in salary .

Salary will be given on time. They have portal to enhance skill.

Job security is terrible. They did not pay attention at employees tenure. If contract is ending, you have to inform them. They will call you as permanent employee but once the contact is finished they won't provide you new client to work. They will release you with one month payment. Reimbursement part is very dull.

During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.
