Salary in first week of per month 3. 2nd and 3rd saturday off. 4.Near of my house, and suitable for professionally because of: 1. Develope the full application design, business logic and database,called full stack development. 2. Meeting with the client and understand the user need. 3. Analyse the software 4. Testing is also doing through your hands.

Only people joined at company inception in India getting more salary and regular promotions, who joined later years get very less preference and compensation

...No late night stays, no shifts. One can take leaves easily and enjoy their time. Compensation is moderate as per market standards.

Dislikes

The Managers in Principal are the real kings. They think they make career of their employees. No clear agendas. They take decisions on their will. So if you have a bad repo with your manager, you have no way other than leaving the company sooner or later. No parity in skills as well. If you working on some outdated skills you will dealt as a burden on the company. No work from home, no onsite and still a lot of cheap politics. Another meaningless agenda is about the innovation and automation. Never saw any of their rocket science innovations reaching completion.

The major work is on not so upcoming technologies, so some people might feel not so good about technology stack,
