Work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Likes

I like to work in TCS because very well job security, traveling, companies policies, management. All things are very excellent manage.

Dislikes

I like to do work in TCS but now I want increment in my salary. That is only one thing.

It completely depends on the project you are working. Company is awesome. Rest work culcture, compensation, job security are plus point.

Dislikes

Promotion after 2years take time. It depends on the Project Manager and Project HR
