Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Likes

I like to work in TCS because very well job security, traveling, companies policies, management. All things are very excellent manage.

I like to do work in TCS but now I want increment in my salary. That is only one thing.

It completely depends on the project you are working. Company is awesome. Rest work culcture, compensation, job security are plus point.

Promotion after 2years take time. It depends on the Project Manager and Project HR

...to relax and update your skillt too and also get time to spend with your family. You will get your salary on time what ever will be happen in country they give salary. You will also get loan from company and also you know name hi kafi he private bank se loan k liye over all like a govetn job.

Salary is littile bite low so many people leave this and then they regrate. But as company help my country. So i can manage if i got opportiunity then i think other should also get every one have money problem in his life. If a person got a salary of 5 lakhs per month even this he will think for better.
