Icici Prudential life is good for success in employees career. I like company facilities provident fund system.

Dislikes

I dislike Resignation system. Because when I need immediately resign so company paid system not good my 10days salary not get because I gave immediate resign that is not true.

salary is decent but increment is less on promotion, internal competition is high. Only 2 office locations operating currently in bangalore, staff is crowded.
