Company policy is good. Good work environment .coligs are very familiar and helpful.Bosses are also helpful.

Salary is average but career growth is too slow .There is a bond of 3 years before which you can't resign.

There is no time Bound you have to work For yourself your targets Till the date you achieve. So there is no leniency at all . Even the Growth in the firm is too slow.
