... talent and learn the work environment is good the management is supportive too. Pay and salary hikes are reasonable depends on individuals performance though. Have worked here for 4+ years it's a comfortable environment.

Yes there are opportunities but career growth is slow given management is not very supportive on IJP (Internal Job Posting) for eligible candidates. Lacks transperency.

There are much opportunities to grow and get exposure of many projects.

The pay scale is pretty less when you internally get promoted however they pay you high when you get hired from outside.

Everything is good from salary to facilities.

Expectations are very high and deliverables per FTE are very high due to hiring freeze for cost cutting despite generating record profits, its a 12 hr job
