I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.

People at Barclays are very supportive and very helpful and Barclays has helped me achieve many things as got promoted within a year and also they have always helped me to keep a work life balance

Nothing as such but salary could be given bit more compared to market standard

The culture and work life balance they foster is worth appreciating and the people/colleagues I have come across in Cognizant, are all wonderful.

Salary and compensation is very average, and I am not satisfied with the increment I am getting, which is an important factor for every employee.

There is a lot of politics and favouritism are shown on the floor Pathetic work life balance as logout time is not fixed Managers doesn't have a floor manners and insults on floor infront of large audience Managers doesn't appreciate and always pressurized us. Depressing culture

Employee performance matters a lot and based on the performance review and ratings, one gets promotion or appraisal on year ends. Little bit of bureaucratic structure within the organization. Knowledge wise, growth is limited for an individual as each process is distributed to different teams. Job security is not guaranteed as senior management won't think twice before laying off from work. Even the best folks are fired if they failed to meet performance expectations.
