The company HR gives utmost importance to Employees health and wellbeing. You have a job security.

Dislikes

There are quite a few things which I dislike about the company: - 1. Huge difference between Pay and grade of CA and CMA even though both the profession have been given equal opportunity by the government. They even make you feel that they are superior human being. 2. Extended working hours: - Bosses just want you to work 24*7 and even in holidays.

ITC Limited is one of the top companies in India. It was a great experience to work with ITC Limited as I learnt a lot about accounts payable terms on SAP. Atmosphere of workplace was awesome, boss & colleague were very supporting.

Dislikes

Compensation was good but the growth was very slow. Most of the days I had to sit till late night and month end pressure was very high

... culture is normal. Long working hours as per requirement but not in routine. Only drawback is very low salary hike annualy even less than market standard. Promotions can get in 3-4 years gap or as per your bonding with reporting manager. Overall very good company to work with normal work life balance and even can plan your retirement if you have not any higher wishes of self growth.

Annual hike can be better in terms of market standard.
