Heads in various departments can be more meticulous in their work and need to be more responsible

...at sessions. The student base in Time is very good, 80% of crowd is cbse/icse. I worked in Uttarakhand branches work life balance is good, learning is good, but salary is less.

The only disadvantage is less salary because most of the branches pan India are under franchise model, finances are controlled by owner of franchise not by company.

Compensation for holidays given during festivals Academic counselor roles and other extra works are given to faculty which is not expected . Dress code. Phone calls, too many PTMs

Even in the company's financial crisis phase, Byjus didn't fail to pay our salary. We are getting our salary on the first day of every month.

Dislikes

Due to the spreading of negative news in media, customers are not trusting Byjus tuition centres. I'm working as Maths tutor at Byjus Tuition centre Calicut.
