Work culture- people in the system for years are at higher levels and there is a toxic culture. They expect you to keep working sometimes ruthlessly even on holidays.

Well stable company pay and benifits is very good as per industry norms, job security is also good.

Work life balance is not so good, streched working hours and limited leave option.
