Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very low.

The work culture is good. Regarding job security, there is no threat to our job. The manage is not easily approachable to employees. Company policies are not that bad.

...e hardly provide training facilities. Career growth opportunities are very less. Salary appraisal system is really poor. No satisfactory increment in salary. No outside travel trip arrange by company. Yes there is politics in our team.

Lots of benefits here they give night shift allowance, Sodexo, yearly bonus, performance bonus etc.., good to work for women.
